Ginger Bread from Turda (Tordai Pogacsa)

Recipe:
250 g sugar, 150 g honey, 10 g melted butter, 200 ml milk, 15 g ammonia, 6 eggs, flour, a dash of pepper, cinnamon, cloves, and allspice. Mix everything together, making sure to add enough flour so that the dough can be rolled out.

Preparation:
Roll out the dough and cut it into different shapes (traditionally the ginger bread is bone-shaped, as in the picture above). Beat an egg and spread it over the top of the dough. Cut the middle of the dough with a sharp knife and put it in the oven at 200-250 C.
